Could this be why Customer Service suffers?
AA is advertising for Customer Service Technicians for $12-$14 an hour.
Ya they dont pay crap and I worked there for years was promoted many times only to watch them fire the really good people! This company is a mess and totally blows! I can tell you some stories about the things that went on there!
